The Hall will be holding a BBQ to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe). 

All food will be provided including vegetarian & vegan options. BYOB

A beacon will be lit to show our appreciation of sacrifices made by our armed forces in conflicts throughout the world.

Friday 25th April from 6pm

An evening to support out local 'Kiltwalkers' will be taking part in a 23 mile walk from Glasgow Green to Balloch to support the Guide Dog Charity. There will be pizza, burgers and beer available from 6pm (for a donation) followed by a quiz at 8pm. If you would like food please let one of the team know in advance, so they can prepare food accordingly.

To start the Jubilee weekend celebrations there will be a gathering at the village hall from 8pm, with a small bonfire.

At 9.45 pm we will join communities across the country in lighting a beacon at the head of the loch in celebration of the Platinum Jubilee.
