Seasonal Yoga has its own unique style, each class includes Yoga and Qigong, incorporating the Chinese Five Elements system with the Indian Hatha Yoga tradition. Each class includes information related to the corresponding season together with breathing and meditation techniques. Seasonal Yoga has a very holistic approach to working with and learning about the body, it is relaxing and peaceful as well as rejuvenating, helping to detoxify the whole body and mind.
